Supporting St Martins

Most of the cost of maintaining St Martins and pursuing the church’s mission in the community are borne by the regular churchgoers but fundraising events provide an invaluable source of additional finance to meet costs. These normally include events as the Annual Gift Day and the Christmas and Spring Fayres. However gifts of any size in whatever way they are made and at any time are welcomed.

If you would like to make a regular commitment to supporting St Martins by setting up a monthly, quarterly or annual standing order then perhaps you might consider becoming a Friend of St Martins. If you would like to know more then please contact Caroline or Francis Jeffree on 01392 832576.

Alternatively you could also make a regular donation by setting up a direct debit through the Parish Giving Scheme. For further details please visit the Parish Giving Website at www.parishgiving.org.uk It is easy to do and you can even set up the direct debit over the telephone if this is more convenient for you.

St Martins is also now able to accept online donations through its online funding platform. This is particularly useful for one-off and occasional donations. You can access the platform by typing bit.ly/supportingstmartins into your browser or by scanning the QR code below into your mobile phone.

Whichever way you may choose to give then please remember that if you are a taxpayer then you can Gift Aid your donations. This means that we can claim back the tax on your donation which is then in effect worth 25% more to us without penalty to you.

Finally a very big thank you to all of you for SUPPORTING ST MARTINS
